TankeBlue exhibited at the 11th European SiC conference ( ECSCRM 2016)

From September 25 to 29, 2016, the 11th European conference on SiC and related materials (ECSCRM2016) was held in the second largest city of Greece, Thessaloniki. TankeBlue Semiconductor Co. Ltd sent representatives to attend the conference and exhibited their new developed 4 inch and 6 inch SiC products.

At the conference, experts and scholars from SiC semiconductor industry all over the world gathered together to share their latest science and technology research results and the application progress. In total, more than 40 enterprise exhibitors participated in the conference, including Wolfspeed enterprise (original Cree SiC device dept.), II-VI, Infineon, Tankeblue, TYSiC, Epiworld, Dow Corning, Showa Denko, Aixtron, LPE, KLA-Tencor and Lasertec, etc.

During the exhibition, many customers and experts at home and abroad visited our company booth and showed great interest in our SiC ingots and wafers, especially the 6 inch wafers. The communication with these customers sets a good foundation for the further cooperation. In the conference, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs reached a consensus that in the next few years, SiC semiconductor industry will enter a rapid development era. Tankeblue will continue to strive for providing high quality SiC substrates to the customers.
